Every resource, session, and service is created with one intention:
to help mothers feel softer with themselves, lighter in their minds and more grounded in who they are.

1:1 Wellbeing Coaching
A calm, confidential space to explore your emotions and needs.
You can book an introductory session to explore your emotions, or choose from the topics listed below.
Current and upcoming topics include:

• emotional regulation
• overstimulation
• boundaries & expectations
• confidence & self-compassion
• reconnecting with “you” again
You’ll leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer and more supported.
Sessions include a workbook, this can be taken away after our session or worked through together.

A supportive space to connect with other mums who “get it.”
These small, safe, nurturing circles bring mums together to share, learn and feel less alone.
Each session blends reflection and gentle conversation.

Breathe & Bloom has also created a Postpartum Wellbeing Companion Journal. This isn’t a productivity planner or a “fix it” workbook. It’s a quiet space to check in with yourself - without pressure, expectations or judgement. Covering sleep, feeding, self-care, wellbeing, relationships and a mood tracker.
These are ideal for journalling, quiet moments, or as companions to coaching sessions.
